The official theme this year for World Mental Health is ‘mental health is a universal human right’. The day is a chance to raise awareness of mental health. It offers the opportunity for everyone to talk openly about mental health with their friends, family and colleagues.
To support the campaign this year, the Happiness Hub is holding a series of drop-in sessions in different locations over 2 days. The Happiness Hub is a collaboration of services offering mental health and wellbeing advice and support for those living in and around Bracknell Forest aged 18 years and over.
On Tuesday 10 October, the drop-in sessions are at:
Sandhurst Park Café, 10 am to 11 am - Sandhurst Memorial Park, Yorktown Road, Sandhurst, GU47 9BJ
Crowthorne Fire Station, 11 am to 12:30 pm - High Street, Crowthorne, RG45 7AP
