Less than two weeks to go until The Great Wellness Exchange!

Don’t forget, Saturday, 16 September is the main event at Bracknell Leisure Centre from 10am to 4pm. Workshops include yoga, meditation, walks for wellbeing, glass painting, fruit sushi making, silent disco and tai chi. You can also watch demonstrations of scottish dancing, martial arts and the choir and ukelele group.
