Improve your strength and balance at one of our new free weekly classes starting this week:
• Tuesdays, 12 noon to 1pm at Jennett’s Park Community Centre
• Fridays, 11am -12 noon at Crown Wood Community Centre
These classes will help you improve strength, posture, flexibility and joint mobility.
As
the sessions involve some time on the floor, please bring your own mat. No need to book.
