News on Bracknell Forest Community Map

Bracknell Forest's families can now take part in alive n kicking's free Healthy Families Cook-a-Long sessions!

The cook-a-long sessions will be a part of a 14-week programme, alongside nutrition workshops and 45-minutes of exercise to increase physical activity.

Sessions will now start on Wednesday 8th February at Carnation Hall from 5-7pm. That's 2 hours of fun and engaging cook-a-long demonstrations with our Nutritionist and Weight Management co-ordinator to give families a real flavour of different dishes and discover how to make tasty, balanced meals for a healthy you!

Each family will be provided with ingredients weekly to re-create the tasty dishes at home and put what they've learnt to the test!
